The Savills consultancy has finalized its relocation to the VIVA Offices in Porto, marking a significant milestone in its expansion plans for the North region. The new office, designed by the company's BPC & Architecture department, aims to foster collaboration and provide a welcoming space for clients, partners, and employees. The VIVA Offices building, designed by Broadway Malyan, spans nine floors and offers 1,300m² of multi-use and coworking areas, a restaurant with an outdoor esplanade, lounge, and rooftop garden. The building's design prioritizes natural light, with varandas and open spaces that bring the outdoors in. This sustainable approach is reflected in the building's certification process for LEED Platinum and its incorporation of photovoltaic panels and electric vehicle charging stations.

According to Marco Rondoni, Associate Director of Business and Design Strategy at Savills Portugal, the new office serves as a showcase for the company's expertise, highlighting the stories of its employees and clients through innovative design. The project involved partnerships with national and international collaborators, resulting in a unique workspace that redefines the concept of a modern office.

The new office is strategically located near the AEP Avenue, with direct access to the Circunvalação and close proximity to the Boavista, Viso, and Ramalde metro stations.

The VIVA Offices building is owned by Sonae Sierra and GFH, and its construction prioritizes quality and sustainability. The building features over 300 parking spaces and a bicycle park, supporting eco-friendly transportation options. With its modern design and sustainable features, the VIVA Offices is an exemplary model for future workspaces in the region.
