The sixth Hajj Conference and Exhibition will take place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from 8 to 11 November 2026, under the patronage of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The event, organised by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in collaboration with the Guests of the Merciful Program, aims to bring together over 520 entities from government, private, and non-profit sectors. The event aims to enhance service quality and align with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. It is crucial for preparations for the 1448 AH Hajj season, providing a platform to finalise contracts, discuss operational arrangements, and strengthen readiness for the season. Attendees will encompass leaders and specialists focusing on infrastructure, operational services, empowerment, integration, and sustainable development.
This year's edition will host more than 15 areas and programmes, including the Hajj Conference, a Hajj Council, and the Awareness and Training Forum, which is new for this edition. The event will feature workshops, an Entrepreneurship and Innovation Zone, a hackathon, and dedicated areas for technology, healthcare, media, and aviation.
A specialised exhibition will cover more than 67,000 square metres, showcasing services from over 150 countries, and gather stakeholders from various sectors including aviation, transportation, healthcare, and business development. The exhibition will provide a platform for entities to showcase their services and expertise.
The last conference welcomed over 204,000 visitors and featured 270 exhibitors, along with 134 specialised sessions and workshops. Over 2,600 trainees participated in its training programmes. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah invites interested entities to register for the conference and take advantage of its varied offerings.
