The Semaine l'Afrique des Solutions (SAS) is set to hold its 4th edition in Paris on October 23-24, 2026, at the Mairie du 16ème arrondissement. This year's theme is "Génération solutions: l’Afrique qui crée, ose et transforme" (Generation Solutions: Africa that Creates, Dares, and Transforms). The event aims to go beyond discussions and amplify concrete solutions and inspiring successes that are transforming Africa and its diasporas.
The SAS 2026 program is designed to detect, reveal, value, connect, document, and accelerate initiatives that are transforming Africa. The event will bring together innovators, entrepreneurs, researchers, investors, decision-makers, media, and change-makers. The program includes ten complementary activities, such as ceremonies, presentations, and networking sessions, to foster strategic partnerships, access to financing, and media coverage.
The first day of the event, on October 23, 2026, will begin with an official opening ceremony, followed by a minute of silence in honor of Dr. Victor AGBEGNENOU, a Togolese inventor and pioneer in digital technology in Africa, who passed away in April 2026. The ceremony will also feature a welcome address by Jérémy REDLER, Mayor of the 16th arrondissement of Paris, and speeches by Léonce HOUNGBADJI, founder of SAS, and Éléonore CAROIT, Minister Delegate for Francophonie, International Partnerships, and French Nationals Abroad.
The event will also feature a presentation of eight strategic projects, out of 20 flagship projects, aimed at laying the operational, institutional, and financial foundations for their implementation. These projects include the École Panafricaine de Journalisme de Solutions (Pan-African School of Solutions Journalism) and the Groupe international de presse 100 % solutions (100% Solutions International Press Group).
The SAS 2026 is not just a conference or a debate forum; it is an international platform for action, visibility, and scaling up African solutions with impact. The event aims to strengthen innovation ecosystems and transform proven solutions into sustainable development levers for Africa and the world.
