The 26th Arab Radio and Television Festival, organized by the Arab States Broadcasting Union, kicked off in Hammamet, Tunisia, with a session on prospects for cooperation in the audiovisual sector between China and Arab countries. The Chinese government's initiatives to promote international cooperation, including the Global Civilization Initiative launched by President Xi Jinping, were also highlighted during the session. The participants noted that these initiatives offer opportunities for enhanced cooperation with Arab countries, particularly in producing high-quality content.
The session also touched on the significance of the documentary projects produced by Tunisia and China, which showcased the cultural and civilizational richness of both countries.
