The Jehovah's Witnesses' 'Eternal Happiness' Convention, held at the Mavuso Trade and Exhibition Centre in Eswatini, drew a significant crowd of 3,031 attendees on its closing day. The event, which took place on October 11, 2026, was the final day of a three-day convention that focused on achieving lasting happiness through Christian teachings. The attendees comprised 2,946 people who attended physically and 85 who followed the program through JW Stream.

The convention, which opened on Friday, October 9, 2026, with 1,856 attendees, saw a rise in attendance on Saturday, with 2,878 people attending the morning session. The event featured Bible-based talks, dramatizations, and practical discussions on various topics, including prayer, mercy, forgiveness, and materialism. Chairman Nkosinathi Fakudze emphasized the relevance of the theme, especially during difficult times, and encouraged attendees to learn how to be happy and help others achieve happiness.

On Saturday, the program extensively focused on Jesus' Sermon on the Mount, with speakers discussing key aspects of Christian teachings. The Sunday program featured lessons from Jesus' illustrations, including the four types of soil, wheat and weeds, mustard grain, leaven, and the dragnet. Attendees were encouraged to examine their hearts, strengthen their relationship with God, and prioritize spiritual growth over material pursuits.

One of the key sessions at the convention was the public Bible discourse, 'Have You Discovered the Treasure?', delivered by Wandile Mndvoti. Mndvoti discussed Jesus' illustrations of a man who discovered hidden treasure and a traveling merchant who found a valuable pearl, highlighting the value Christians should attach to Bible truth and their relationship with God.

The afternoon program on Sunday featured the final installment of the Bible drama, 'The Good News According to Jesus: Episode 6 — Are You the Coming One?', which portrayed Jesus' miracles, teachings, and compassion. The closing address, 'Happy Are Your Eyes Because They See', was delivered by Mfanimpela Nkosi, who urged attendees to apply what they had learned and reflect on their own conduct.

Nkosi emphasized the importance of humility, applying what had been learned, and being willing to make sacrifices. He also warned against using Bible principles mainly to identify the faults of others instead of examining one's own conduct. The convention concluded with a call to action, encouraging attendees to use what they had learned and maintain a strong spiritual focus.

The second installment of the "Eternal Happiness" Convention will be held at the same venue from Friday, October 16, to Sunday, October 18, 2026. Admission is free, and members of the public are invited to attend.
