The new approach focuses on strengthening coordination with various sectors and organizations concerned with employment and investment, including the Employment Directorate and bodies responsible for supporting and promoting investment. The goal is to gather data on labor market needs and adapt training specialties accordingly.

The official ceremony for the vocational training session took place at the "Chahid Qrich Ahmed" Vocational Training and Education Center in Mansourah, in the presence of local authorities, security and military representatives, sector officials, trainees, and local media professionals. The event marked the beginning of the session.
