An All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain in Osun State, Olatunbosun Oyintiloye, has urged President Bola Tinubu to remain focused on governance, particularly addressing security challenges and consolidating measures to protect lives and property across the country. Oyintiloye advised Tinubu to ignore opposition parties' tactics ahead of the 2027 general elections and prioritize the nation's security.
Oyintiloye also called for an immediate and transparent investigation into the recent killings in Osun State, urging security agencies to identify and prosecute those found culpable. He implored Tinubu to support security agencies to intensify surveillance, improve intelligence gathering, and strengthen inter-agency collaboration to prevent attacks.
