New Ark Bishop Olorunfemi Ejide, Founder and Baba Aladura of Ogo Sioni International Ministry, recently marked 50 years in the prophetic ministry. The celebration was held at Ogo Sioni Avenue, off Ogundara Street, Abesan Estate, Ipaja, Lagos. During the thanksgiving event, Ejide called on Christians across Nigeria to participate in the electoral process and vote for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election. He cited Tinubu's exceptional performance as Governor of Lagos State and his administration's positive impact on Nigeria's economy.

Ejide highlighted Tinubu's achievements as Governor of Lagos State, where his administration laid the foundations for the city's transformation into a prominent African hub. He also noted improvements in Nigeria's economy under Tinubu's presidency, stating that the country has begun to experience growth. Ejide expressed optimism that Tinubu's re-election would bring further transformation to Nigeria. He announced that he and his family would support Tinubu's bid for a second term.

The Baba Aladura thanked God for preserving his life and sustaining his prophetic ministry for five decades. He reflected on the journey that began in 1974, noting that many who started with him are no longer alive. Ejide expressed gratitude for his continued strength and the thriving ministry. The event featured a guest speaker, Rev. Dr. Sam Ogedengbe, General Overseer of Salvation Ministry, who described Ejide as a man of integrity and a role model for Christian values.

Rev. Dr. Sam Ogedengbe praised Ejide's commitment to his calling, describing the 50-year milestone as remarkable. Ogedengbe emphasized that Ejide's dedication to Christian values and respect for elders serves as an example to others in the ministry. Prophet Dr. Oladipo Babatunde Okeyomi, also a speaker, described Ejide as a man of honour who respects others. Okeyomi expressed support for Tinubu, urging Nigerians to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards and participate in the 2027 election.

Prophet Okeyomi, popularly known as "Carry Go," advised Nigerian youths to exercise their civic rights peacefully and not allow politicians to use them for violence during the election. He emphasized that the youth should "fight with their PVCs," rather than engaging in physical violence. The event brought together clerics, family members, friends, and well-wishers who joined Ejide in celebrating five decades of his prophetic ministry.

The celebration showcased the impact of Ejide's ministry on the lives of many individuals. His dedication to his calling has inspired a generation of Christians. The endorsement of Tinubu's re-election bid by Ejide and other speakers highlights the intersection of faith and politics in Nigeria. The event concluded with a call to action for Christians to participate in the electoral process.

The milestone celebration serves as a testament to Ejide's enduring legacy in the prophetic ministry. His commitment to his faith and his community has left a lasting impact.
