The partnership aims to improve the reliability, availability, and performance of industrial equipment. The two companies will offer an integrated approach to predictive maintenance, combining expertise in rotating equipment, data collection and analysis, and artificial intelligence.
The partnership will be deployed in France first, with plans for gradual expansion to other European markets. This initial phase will allow the companies to closely accompany industrial clients and prepare for the deployment of the offer on a European scale. NTN Europe will bring its expertise in bearings, rotating equipment, and industrial diagnostics, while OCP Maintenance Solutions will provide its proprietary technologies, i-Sense and i-Predict, dedicated to equipment monitoring and predictive analysis. The partnership aims to transform equipment data into operational decisions, anticipating failures, planning interventions, and optimizing the performance of critical assets.
The offer is based on proximity support, with teams capable of taking into account the specificities of each client's sector and industrial environment. Eric Malavasi, Vice-President of NTN Europe, emphasized that the alliance is part of NTN Europe's commitment to accompanying clients beyond products, providing solutions that meet the new challenges of industrial maintenance.
The partnership is the result of nearly a year of collaboration between OCP Maintenance Solutions and NTN Europe teams. It will be supported by joint test campaigns conducted on bearings and rotating equipment using NTN Europe's technical means, as well as deployments already carried out in Morocco, Côte d'Ivoire, Pakistan, and India.
