The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and system integrity by processing, verifying, and reconciling all inventory transactions in SAP S/4HANA. The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for inventory reporting, including compiling daily, weekly, and monthly stock take packs, and ensuring that all known adjustments are done prior to stock count. The successful candidate will also be required to facilitate and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts of all raw materials, finished goods, empties, and spares. Additionally, the Inventory Clerk will be responsible for ensuring that Digital journey stock master devices are set up correctly and maintained accordingly.
The Inventory Clerk will also be responsible for bottle loss management, including ensuring that the MBFU portal is updated daily, and participating in the weekly process of FRI capture in the portal. The successful candidate will also be required to audit compliance with inventory management routines, including stock recons, counts, stock loss investigations, and bottle loss management. Furthermore, the Inventory Clerk will be responsible for SCOH management, including supporting KPI management and monitoring ERP data integrity.
The Inventory Clerk will also be responsible for shipment reconciliations, including updating the gate-to-gate report daily, and escalating any delayed shipments and delayed captures. The successful candidate will also be required to track and resolve customer complaints and ensure that they are closed within a specified time frame. Additionally, the Inventory Clerk will be responsible for packaging interface, including tracking daily with the packaging team on all inventory issued to the packaging team and received from them.
The Inventory Clerk will also be responsible for distributor stock management, including communicating missing, foreign, and broken bottles to customers, and ensuring that customers are charged for them. The successful candidate will also be required to verify daily that all returns are credited correctly and that inventory levels reflect returns. Furthermore, the Inventory Clerk will be responsible for fuel reconciliations, including capturing fuel usages, raising purchase orders, and ensuring that all invoice queries are resolved.
To qualify for the position, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Supply Chain, Economics, IT, Accounting Science, or Business Administration. The successful candidate should also have at least 2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, and a finance background. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in warehousing and inventory management, and be highly computer literate, with skills in MS Office, Excel, SAP, and S4 HANA.
