Earlier, the Deji of Akure, Oba Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi, called on prominent indigenes, public officials, and corporate organizations to support initiatives aimed at preserving the historical and cultural heritage of Akure Kingdom. The monarch made the call during the inauguration of the redesigned entrance to the Deji's Palace, a project initiated by Olawande.
The project, supported by the 10th Anniversary Coronation Committee, is seen as a significant contribution to the preservation and beautification of the historic palace. Oba Aladelusi expressed appreciation for the minister's intervention, which went beyond mere aesthetics and demonstrated a commitment to preserving the kingdom's heritage.
