Nigerian Breweries Plc has launched a nationwide campaign to mark its 80th anniversary, seeking memories from Nigerians that capture their connections with the company and its brands. The campaign, tagged “Together, Every Moment,” invites Nigerians at home and abroad to search their photo albums, family archives, and camera rolls for memories involving Nigerian Breweries. The company aims to create a living archive of people, businesses, livelihoods, and experiences that have intersected with Nigerian Breweries since its incorporation in 1946.

The National Story Collection initiative encourages Nigerians to share photographs or videos from various events, such as weddings, graduations, football celebrations, and family gatherings. The memories can also include stories involving farmers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, entrepreneurs, employees, and host communities whose lives and businesses have intersected with the company over the years. This initiative allows Nigerians to tell the story of Nigerian Breweries' 80-year journey from their own perspectives.

According to the Managing Director/CEO of Nigerian Breweries Plc, Thibaut Boidin, the anniversary should be an opportunity to celebrate the people who have contributed to the company’s journey. Boidin stated that farmers, entrepreneurs, retailers, distributors, suppliers, employees, and communities have all played a role in shaping Nigerian Breweries' journey.

The company will select 80 memories from the submissions, with each winner receiving N1 million. Selected stories will be featured in films, editorial features, social media content, outdoor displays, anniversary experiences, and the company’s commemorative archive. This will enable Nigerians to share their experiences and be part of the company's 80th-anniversary celebration.
