The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has begun the North-East phase of its Nationwide Federal Roads Project Tour, focusing on roads leading to tertiary institutions. NANS President, Akinteye Babatunde Afeez, led the inspection of the Jama’are-Azare Road and the Potiskum-Maiduguri Road in Bauchi State. These roads link three major institutions: the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare, Bauchi State University, and Aminu Saleh College of Education, Azare.
The NANS delegation included leaders of the National Association of University Students (NAUS), National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS), and the National Association of Colleges of Education Students (NANCES).
