On October 3, 2026, a multi-disciplinary health caravan was launched in the Hajj Qasim 1 area of Tunisia's Sfax governorate. As part of the event, awareness-raising sessions were organized for patients, focusing on the prevention of chronic diseases and risk factors associated with hypertension and diabetes. Additionally, educational sessions were organized for students at the Hajj Qasim 1 primary school, focusing on oral hygiene and rabies prevention.
The health caravan is part of a broader program aimed at establishing a network of mobile health centers in priority areas. This initiative marks the resumption of the project in the Hajj Qasim 1 area, with regular health clinics to be organized on a monthly basis.
