Moov Africa Malitel and Energie du Mali (EDM-SA) have introduced a new service called Dèmè Isago, which enables users to buy credit for prepaid Isago meters using Moov Money. This service is a partnership between Moov Money, Kodico, and EDM-SA. Dèmè Isago aims to provide users with an emergency credit solution when they run out of credit on their prepaid Isago meters.

The service allows eligible clients to benefit from an emergency credit ranging from 500 to 10,000 F CFA, with a 10% commission on the amount borrowed. The credit can be accessed through two channels: the MyMoov application and the USSD code. This service is designed to be simple and accessible, allowing users to verify their eligibility, obtain emergency credit, and repay their debt in a few steps.

According to Souhaibou Coulibaly, Deputy Managing Director of Moov Africa Malitel, Dèmè Isago is a response to a common problem faced by prepaid Isago meter users. The service aims to provide a simple, useful, and accessible solution to meet the real needs of the population. Coulibaly emphasized that Moov Money's goal is to create value, simplify customers' lives, and contribute to accelerating Mali's digital transformation.

The launch of Dèmè Isago is a result of collaboration between Moov Money, Kodico, and EDM-SA. Kodico, a Malian SME with expertise in energy, finance, and technology, partnered with EDM-SA, a national asset and essential player in electricity supply in Mali. Moov Money provided its electronic money infrastructure, digital channels, and network to facilitate access to the service.

Coulibaly expressed his satisfaction with the partnership and thanked Kodico, EDM-SA, and their teams for their trust and collaboration. He also thanked Moov Money's teams for their commitment and mobilization. The Deputy Managing Director hopes that Dèmè Isago will be a success among EDM-SA clients and Moov Money users.

The service aims to provide users with a convenient and accessible way to manage their electricity consumption. With Dèmè Isago, users can avoid disruptions in their electricity supply and have access to emergency credit when needed. The service also demonstrates Moov Money's commitment to providing innovative and useful solutions to meet the needs of its customers.

The partnership between Moov Africa Malitel, Kodico, and EDM-SA is expected to open up new opportunities for collaboration and innovation in the future. The success of Dèmè Isago will depend on its adoption by users and its ability to meet their needs. Key points:
