Algerian mobile operator Mobilis has introduced new digital services aimed at enhancing its offerings for subscribers. The launch event took place in Algiers, attended by Mobilis CEO Chaouki Boukhazani, representatives from various ministerial departments, and officials from national organizations and enterprises. The new services are designed to improve user experience and provide additional features for both individual and business customers.

One of the new applications, "Mobilis Care," was developed entirely in-house by the company. This app allows subscribers to check their balances and consumption, recharge their accounts, pay bills online, explore available offers, activate 5G services, submit complaints, and track their resolution. This move is part of Mobilis's efforts to expand its digital offerings and provide more convenience to its users.

Another application, "MobiTransfer," is targeted at businesses and enables them to manage communication balances and distribute Mobilis units to employees based on their professional needs. Additionally, Mobilis has launched "M-View," a service that displays video sequences on the phone screen while waiting for call responses. This service will be free for the first year for companies that have contracts with Mobilis.

To improve service quality, Boukhazani announced that Mobilis has obtained exclusive frequencies in the 2.6 GHz band. This development is expected to enhance network performance and improve connection quality for subscribers. The acquisition of these frequencies is a strategic move to strengthen Mobilis's network capabilities.

In line with its commitment to innovation and security, Mobilis has also announced the "Mobilis Hacking Challenge." This initiative aims to identify security vulnerabilities in the "Mobilis Care" application, with a reward of one million dinars for the winner, subject to specific conditions. This challenge reflects Mobilis's proactive approach to cybersecurity and its dedication to protecting user data.

The launch of these new services and initiatives underscores Mobilis's commitment to enhancing its offerings and staying competitive in the market. By investing in digital solutions and cybersecurity, Mobilis aims to provide a better experience for its subscribers and maintain its position as a leading mobile operator in Algeria.

The introduction of these services is also in line with the Algerian government's efforts to promote digitalization and improve the quality of services provided to citizens and businesses. As the telecommunications sector continues to evolve, Mobilis's proactive approach is expected to contribute to the growth and development of the industry in Algeria.
