The main library in Bouira recently hosted the 9th Surgical Day, a scientific event organized by the Bouira University Hospital (EPH). He proposed developing "diabetes houses" to provide comprehensive care and prevent complications. The DSP suggested creating a wilaya network for managing diabetic and hypertensive patients, involving medical professionals, paramedics, and local associations.
