Lotus Way International School, located in Ibex Meanwood, Lusaka, Zambia, is looking for a results-driven Marketing and Admissions Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing student enrolment through proactive outreach, engagement with prospective families, and driving conversions. This hands-on role requires a persuasive and ambitious individual who can take ownership of prospective families from initial enquiry to enrolment. The role involves community outreach, referrals, partnerships, events, telephone calls, WhatsApp, and social media to generate qualified parent leads.

The Marketing and Admissions Executive will be responsible for responding promptly to admissions enquiries, understanding each family's needs, and clearly explaining the school's curriculum, facilities, fees, and value proposition. They will arrange school tours, parent meetings, and assessments, and follow up consistently until the family reaches a clear decision. The role also involves addressing parent questions and objections professionally, maintaining an accurate admissions pipeline, and coordinating with Reception, Academic staff, and Finance to complete registration and payment requirements.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or school admissions, with evidence of measurable targets achieved or customers successfully converted. School admissions or education-sector experience is an advantage. The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive, and professional in their communication with parents, with strong follow-up, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. They should have a good command of English and knowledge of commonly spoken Zambian languages.

The compensation package for the Marketing and Admissions Executive includes a fixed gross package of K8,200 per month, comprising basic salary and applicable allowances. In addition, the role offers an attractive, performance-based, and uncapped commission on successful student enrolments, allowing strong performers to earn more than K20,000 per month in total. The role is full-time, field-oriented, and results-driven, requiring the employee to conduct approved outreach away from campus while attending scheduled meetings, school tours, and events.

The Marketing and Admissions Executive will be required to submit daily activity records and weekly reports on leads, visits, applications, conversions, and confirmed enrolments. Performance will be assessed primarily through qualified parent leads generated, speed and quality of enquiry response, school visits and applications secured, lead-to-enrolment conversion rate, confirmed fee-paying students, accuracy of admissions records, and personal ownership and resolution of obstacles.

To apply for the role, candidates should submit their CV and briefly answer three questions: What measurable sales or enrolment target have you previously achieved? How would you generate qualified parent leads for an international school in Lusaka? Are you comfortable with a compensation structure in which a significant portion of total earnings depends on successful enrolments? The role offers an opportunity for a self-motivated and accountable individual to work in a dynamic environment with measurable performance targets.

Lotus Way International School is an employer that values performance and results. The probation period will include a review of the employee's performance against agreed lead-generation and enrolment targets. The school is seeking a candidate who is familiar with WhatsApp, Facebook, spreadsheets, and lead-tracking systems, and has good knowledge of Lusaka communities, with a willingness to conduct regular field outreach.
