On July 31, the hotel staff, led by Ekua Zara Ghartey-Tsagli, visited the Al Aziz Central Mosque to share 200 packed rice meals, drinks, and bottled water with worshippers ahead of their Friday Jumu'ah prayers. The decision to donate to the mosque was influenced by the hotel's long-standing relationship with the Ghana Armed Forces, which has provided support to the hotel since its establishment.
On August 22, the hotel's management and staff organized a vibrant float through the principal streets of Accra, announcing the anniversary and thanking Ghanaians for their loyalty. The exact date the hotel opened in 1991, the float was a way for the hotel to express its appreciation for the community's support over the years.
The hotel recently organized an inter-hotel football tournament on September 26, aimed at strengthening ties with sister hotels and promoting hospitality and tourism. According to HR Specialist Bright Botwe, such activities help staff relieve stress and boost their energy ahead of the busy Christmas season, while also fostering relationships between sister hotels.
