La Voie Express Group, a subsidiary of H&S Group, is set to expand its logistics operations in southern Morocco through a new platform in Lqliaa, with an investment of MAD 100 million. The project, announced on October 3, 2026, is expected to create around 100 direct and indirect jobs. The new logistics platform will be built on a 25,000-square-meter plot in the Lqliaa Logistics Zone, south of Agadir.

The planned facility will combine warehousing, order preparation, value-added logistics services, transportation, and regional distribution. It will serve manufacturers, distributors, and retailers by providing several logistics services at one location. The platform will support the movement of goods in Souss-Massa, a region with major agricultural, fishing, commercial, and distribution activities. This strategic location will enable La Voie Express Group to better serve its clients in the region.

The Lqliaa Logistics Zone is part of Morocco's efforts to develop logistics infrastructure across different regions. The first phase of the zone covers 45 hectares and includes plots for warehousing as well as a truck terminal with capacity for 200 vehicles. The zone is ultimately designed to handle up to 2 million tons of goods annually. La Voie Express Group's investment in the zone is an integral part of its wider strategy to build a network of regional logistics platforms.

La Voie Express Group already operates facilities in Oujda, Nador, Tangier, and Khouribga, in addition to the Casa Hub and Lakhyayta Hub. The new project in Lqliaa will expand its presence in southern Morocco. The group aims to continue expanding its network closer to production and consumption centers across Morocco. This expansion will enable the company to better serve its clients and support the growth of the region.

Moncef Belkhayat, Founder & Chairman of H&S invest Holding, and Anass Moutaoukil, CEO of La Voie Express Group, expressed their pride in realizing this investment in Lqliaa. They emphasized that Agadir and the Souss-Massa region occupy a strategic place in the national economy. The new logistics platform will serve businesses and the region, contributing to its economic growth and development.

The investment in the new logistics platform is part of La Voie Express Group's plan to expand its logistics network across Morocco. The group signed an agreement with the Moroccan Logistics Development Agency (AMDL) to acquire the plot in the Lqliaa Logistics Zone. This partnership will support the development of logistics infrastructure in the region and create new opportunities for businesses and job seekers.

The new logistics platform in Lqliaa is expected to have a positive impact on the local economy. It will create jobs, stimulate economic growth, and support the development of the region. La Voie Express Group's investment in the platform demonstrates its commitment to contributing to Morocco's economic growth and development.
