The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has elected its new Vice Chairmen at its National Delegates Conference held at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi. Kojo Bamba, also known as Kwadwo Fosu Boadu, has been elected as the First Vice Chairman with 3,116 votes. Other candidates who contested the Vice Chairmanship positions included former Health Minister Mustapha Hamid, who obtained 2,956 votes, and Yaa Amponsah Frimpong, who polled 1,503 votes. Richard Ahiagbah secured 1,001 votes, Alhaji Masawud Osman got 890 votes, and George Kwabena Abankwa Yeboah obtained 247 votes. Abena Pokuaa Amoah secured 194 votes, Richard Oti Aboagye got 152 votes, Samuel Pyne secured 206 votes, and Bright Asirifi Kumi polled 51 votes.
The new Vice Chairmen will work alongside the other national executives as the NPP begins preparations for the 2028 general election.
