Kebbi State Governor, Nasir Idris, has approved the construction of road projects that will link 13 communities across Kalgo and Bunza Local Government Areas of the state. This announcement was made on Friday during a condolence visit to the people of Diggi, following the death of the District Head of Diggi, Alhaji Abubakar Atiku, popularly known as Dan Galadima Diggi. The communities expected to benefit from these road projects include Maidahini, Yarawel, Gerere, Etene, Ketar Fulani, Ketar Hausawa, Gangare, Banganna, Mutubari, Wurogauri, Diggi, Gayi, and Unguwar Jeji. The contract for the road projects has been awarded to Habib Engineering Construction Company. The governor announced that the official flag-off ceremony for the projects will take place soon.
