Another beneficiary, Fauziyya Muhammad Auwal of Kaduna State University, was recognized for her achievements in space technology, being described as Nigeria's first female analogue astronaut for the 2026 LunAres Research Station in Poland.

The awards also included eight microchip designers selected for specialized training under Kaduna's human capital development initiative, as well as winners of the National Board for Technology Incubation NEXTGEN Challenge.
