The Palestinian Authority's Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission reported that Israeli forces and settlers committed 2051 attacks on Palestinians and their properties in the West Bank in September. These attacks targeted citizens and their properties in various governorates. The commission's monthly report stated that these violations were part of a systematic escalation to undermine Palestinian presence. According to official data, the attacks included 1404 violations by the Israeli military and 647 by settlers.

The Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate was the most targeted area, with 506 attacks, followed by Nablus with 342 attacks. Other governorates, including Hebron, Jenin, Bethlehem, Tulkarem, and Jerusalem, were also affected. The attacks resulted in the deaths of three Palestinians, bringing the total number of Palestinians killed by settlers since the beginning of 2026 to 28. This trend indicates a significant escalation of armed violence.

In addition to fatalities, 88 Palestinians were injured, including 7 children and 6 women. These injuries reflect the targeting of the most vulnerable groups in Palestinian society, exacerbating the climate of fear that settlers seek to impose in villages and towns. The attacks also had a significant impact on the agricultural sector, with 14,600 trees damaged or uprooted, including 9,334 olive trees.

The Jenin governorate suffered the most damage, with nearly 9,839 trees lost, followed by Hebron and Nablus. These environmental and economic crimes threaten the livelihoods of thousands of families. The commission also reported that settlers attempted to establish 21 new settlement outposts in September, primarily in Ramallah and Nablus.

Settlers placed tents and temporary structures to gain control of targeted lands. Regarding land confiscation, Israeli authorities issued orders to seize areas in Kafr Harith and Qabatiya for military purposes. Seven additional orders were issued to remove trees and vegetation on over 560 dunams. These actions aim to alter the geographical landscape.

The commission reported that Israeli authorities modified the "blue line" for the Kida settlement, established on Jalud and Al-Maghir lands, increasing its area by 178 dunams. Announcements were made to register lands under Israeli companies in Beituniya and Deir Qadis. Since the beginning of the year, 6635 dunams have been confiscated. In terms of demolitions, Israeli authorities carried out 62 demolition operations.

These operations affected 254 Palestinian structures, including 89 inhabited homes, leaving 320 Palestinians, including 164 children, displaced or directly affected. The Hebron governorate had the highest number of demolitions, with 91 structures, followed by Jerusalem with 60, and Jenin with 44. The commission also reported that 16 new settlement plans were proposed in the West Bank and Jerusalem.
