Ireland's Working Holiday Scheme allows young people from certain countries to live and work in the country. The standard duration of the scheme is 12 months, but Canadian citizens can stay for up to two years under a special bilateral arrangement.
The programme is managed by Ireland's Department of Foreign Affairs.
