Innovo Build and Redcon Construction have formed a strategic alliance to execute infrastructure and contracting works for the DP03 East package at the Wadi Yam project in Ras El Hekma on Egypt’s North Coast. The contract, valued at over EGP 12bn, was secured through a competitive tender based on the partners’ technical capabilities and track records in delivering large-scale construction projects.

The DP03 East package covers a built-up area of approximately 323,000 sqm and is scheduled for completion within 21 months. The scope of work includes more than 660 residential units, comprising standalone villas and townhouses, as well as public service facilities, lakes, a commercial mall, landscaping, and road paving works. This project aims to enhance the infrastructure and amenities in the region.

The partnership combines Redcon Construction’s over three decades of experience in the Egyptian market with Innovo Build’s international project delivery capabilities across four continents. This collaboration seeks to leverage the strengths of both companies to deliver a high-quality project. By joining forces, the companies aim to improve efficiency and effectiveness in executing large-scale developments.
