The Company Program finals of INJAZ Al-Maghrib took place on September 30 in Casablanca, where students from across Morocco gathered to showcase their entrepreneurial skills. The program allows high school and university students to create and manage a mini-business during the school year, known as a "Junior Enterprise." This year's event saw 6,900 young people from over 120 establishments in 12 cities participate, with the support of 460 teachers and volunteers.

The competition culminated in the selection of 25 finalists, comprising 8 high school teams and 17 university teams. These teams presented their projects on their stands and defended their choices before two juries, one for high schools and one for universities. The award ceremony took place at the historic Sacré-Cœur Cathedral in Casablanca, attended by partners, education stakeholders, associative actors, and volunteers.

LAMSA, from the Tarik Ibn Ziyad high school in Meknès, won the high school category, while ISHARATECH, from the Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech, won the university category. Both teams will represent Morocco at the Youth Entrepreneurship Celebration organized by INJAZ Al-Arab in Cairo in November. The two winning teams were supported by Groupe Al Mada, which also sponsored the national titles.

In addition to the two national titles, eleven partner prizes were awarded to projects from across the country. Vivo Energy Maroc recognized HERO from FSBM in Casablanca in the Eco-Citizen category, while Nareva awarded TARPAC from ISMER in Tarfaya for sustainable development. Other notable prizes included the Recherche et Développement award given to SMART FILAHA from the Université Chouaïb Doukkali in El Jadida by Managem.

Several other organizations also awarded prizes, including inwi, which gave its I-Tech prize to ISHARATECH, adding to their previous win. Cosumar awarded two prizes for Agricultural Innovation and Sustainability, while Barid Al-Maghrib, Crédit Agricole du Maroc, Fondation Attijariwafa bank, Boeing, and INJAZ Al-Maghrib also recognized various projects.

The event saw the participation of notable guests, including Noufissa Kessar, CEO of Groupe Al Mada, and Mehdi Tazi, president of the Confédération Générale des Entreprises du Maroc (CGEM). A total of 227 Junior Enterprises were created this year, with 76 in high schools and 151 in universities.

The winning teams demonstrated exceptional entrepreneurial spirit and innovative ideas, reflecting the program's goal of fostering a culture of entrepreneurship among young people in Morocco. The selection of LAMSA and ISHARATECH to represent Morocco in Cairo highlights the country's talent and potential for innovation and entrepreneurship.
