The Tunisian Ministry of Equipment's regional administration in Kasserine has undertaken multiple interventions across various delegations to enhance road safety and alleviate isolation in rural areas. These efforts were made in response to damage caused by rainfall and to prepare for the autumn and winter seasons. The interventions involved clearing and maintaining rural roads and upgrading road safety features.

In the delegation of Fériana, the Bridges and Roads department replaced damaged crash barriers on National Road 15, approximately 207 kilometers from Fériana. The damaged barriers were a result of traffic accidents and overall transportation activity. Additionally, the department cleared several rural roads in the Jidra region of Majel Bel Abbas, including a 10-kilometer stretch of the Atak road and a 7-kilometer road leading to the Nadhour school.

The Bridges and Roads department in Sbeiba also carried out interventions to improve accessibility and road safety. On Saturday, they cleared the Hamra road in the Wadi Al-Hitab delegation, Sbeiba. On Friday, they cleared the Kdas Traab - Bir Sufyan road in the Faj Tarbah region of Jdilliane. Furthermore, they cleared multiple roads in various delegations and regions of Jdilliane, including three rural roads in the Zlaifna region.

The interventions also involved maintenance and upgrades to numbered roads. The Bridges and Roads departments in Sbeitla and Kasserine carried out work on Local Road 761, which connects Sbeitla to Rakhmat. They installed a speed reducer in the Surour neighborhood of Sbeitla and performed asphalt concrete interventions in Bouskam City and the Sidi Harrath region of Bouskam.

These infrastructure interventions aim to enhance road safety, improve accessibility, and alleviate isolation in rural areas. The efforts are part of the Ministry of Equipment's ongoing initiatives to maintain and upgrade Tunisia's road network. The interventions also reflect the government's commitment to improving the quality of life for residents in the Kasserine region.

The regional administration's efforts to improve road safety and accessibility are ongoing. The interventions will help to reduce the risk of accidents and improve the overall transportation experience for residents and travelers. Additionally, the clearing of rural roads will facilitate the movement of people and goods, contributing to the local economy.

The Ministry of Equipment's regional administration in Kasserine will continue to monitor and maintain the region's road network. Future interventions will likely focus on addressing emerging issues and improving the overall condition of the roads. The government's commitment to infrastructure development and maintenance is essential for Tunisia's economic growth and social development.
