Infinity Developments has officially launched Phase One sales at Infinity Hills, a major mixed-use development in Zanzibar. The project, developed in partnership with the Zanzibar Housing Corporation, aims to create an integrated community with homes, commerce, education, and recreation. Phase One offers 350 residential units and 42 retail spaces, marking a significant milestone for Infinity Hills and Infinity Developments.

The Infinity Hills project has attracted strong early interest from homebuyers and investors, with transactions worth multiple billions of Tanzanian shillings already recorded. According to Hamida Swalehe, Head of Sales for Infinity Hills, the response to the project has been extremely encouraging, reflecting confidence in the location, master plan, and long-term value of the development.

Phase One of Infinity Hills comprises studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and 42 retail spaces designed to maximize natural light and usable living space. The development is located close to Stone Town's commercial and lifestyle amenities, providing easy access to healthcare facilities, recreational areas, and educational institutions.

A key component of the Infinity Hills master plan is the upcoming GEMS international school, which will bring an educational anchor to the community. The school is expected to strengthen the project's appeal to families and contribute to the wider Stone Town area's educational infrastructure.

Infinity Hills has been conceived as more than a standalone residential development, combining homes with retail, offices, education, recreation, and public amenities. The development will feature landscaped gardens, a community swimming pool, cafés, retail facilities, and children's play areas, connecting residents with both urban amenities and Zanzibar's coastal lifestyle.

With sales underway, Infinity Developments is preparing to move Infinity Hills into its next stage of implementation. Project Manager Michael John Makoye emphasized the team's focus on disciplined execution, maintaining momentum, and delivering the project efficiently while ensuring quality and visible progress throughout the construction program.

Infinity Hills is expected to contribute to Zanzibar's economy through construction activity, local employment, skills transfer, and increased commercial activity. The development will create opportunities for local workers and provide exposure to expertise and systems required to deliver a major mixed-use development, generating a positive economic impact beyond its boundaries.
