Global mobility and delivery services platform, inDrive, has launched a driver reward campaign worth over N132 million in Lagos and Abuja. The campaign, which runs from October 5 to December 16, 2026, aims to recognize drivers and create more value for their participation on the platform. This initiative is part of inDrive's efforts to appreciate its drivers and provide them with additional opportunities to benefit from their activity on the platform.

The campaign will award 916 prizes, including two cars, four full-academic-year school fee awards, 40 smartphones, 40 television sets, and 830 shopping vouchers. Winners will be selected through six live-broadcast draws, while the two cars will be awarded to drivers who complete the highest number of rides over the full campaign period. Drivers will qualify for the draws by reaching the platinum tier, with every completed ride counting as an entry.

According to Timothy Oladimeji, Country Manager, inDrive Nigeria, the campaign reflects the company's commitment to creating more value for drivers while reinforcing the principles that underpin its platform. The initiative provides drivers with additional opportunities to benefit from their activity on the platform, with more rides translating into more entries and opportunities to win.

The campaign builds on inDrive's peer-to-peer model, which allows drivers and passengers to agree on fares and enables drivers to retain more of their earnings through the platform's low service fee. This model gives drivers greater control over their work, allowing them to agree on prices with passengers and keep more of what they earn.

Oladimeji emphasized that the campaign is a way for inDrive to put more value directly in the hands of drivers through rewards that can make a real difference. He added that drivers are at the heart of the inDrive community, and the company wants to continue creating meaningful ways for them to benefit from being on the platform.

The campaign is open to drivers who have reached the platinum tier, and full terms and eligibility criteria are available on the inDrive app. With this initiative, inDrive aims to strengthen its relationship with its drivers and provide them with more opportunities to earn and benefit from their work on the platform.

inDrive's commitment to its drivers is reflected in its business model, which prioritizes low service fees and allows drivers to retain more of their earnings. The company's focus on creating value for its drivers is part of its broader strategy to build a strong and sustainable community of drivers and passengers.
