The Property Associate will be expected to meet several key performance indicators (KPIs), including collecting rent by the 10th of the month, averaging 30 days or less to let a vacant unit, and resolving repairs within 72 hours. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records in the property management system and capturing before-and-after photos and case study material.
In addition to the core responsibilities, the Property Associate will be expected to support landlord acquisition, build relationships with referral partners and suppliers, and apply the Aurum Sustainable Property Standard checklist during inspections. They will also be responsible for carrying out periodic property inspections and flagging risks early.
