Housing Finance Bank (HFB) has appointed Moses Mande Oroto as Head of Business and Institutional Banking. Oroto took up the position in August 2026, bringing over two decades of banking experience spanning corporate, institutional, public sector, SME, and commercial banking. Oroto joined HFB from Centenary Bank, where he served as Chief Manager, Public Sector, from February 2023. During his 20-year tenure at Centenary Bank, he held several leadership and operational positions, including Manager, Corporate and Institutional Banking, and Manager, SME Banking. His experience across different segments of the banking industry will support HFB's efforts to strengthen relationships with corporate, institutional, and business customers.
