Global Tracking & Maritime Solutions Liberia Inc. (GTMS Liberia Inc.) has publicly disowned two individuals claiming to be its executives. On October 7, 2026, the company issued a press statement in Monrovia, stating that Presley S. Tenwah and Elvis D. Johnson hold no positions within its corporate structure. The company attributes their appointments to Sahr H. W. Ngegba, who falsely presented himself as a director of GTMS Liberia Inc.

According to GTMS Liberia Inc., Tenwah's purported appointment as General Manager-Liberia and Johnson's as Public Relations Executive and Operations Manager were made by Ngegba. However, the company asserts that it has no record of Ngegba as a director or employee. GTMS Liberia Inc. also denies any affiliation with GTMS-UK, a British firm in compulsory liquidation, which it claims made the appointments.

GTMS Liberia Inc. has instructed its lawyers to take Tenwah and Johnson to court. The company's retained firm, AFDASA Global Consultancy Inc., served a formal notice to Tenwah on October 7, 2026, accusing him of misinformation. The letter, signed by Corporate Administrative Manager Joseph Papie Mulbah, demands that Tenwah cease and desist from any actions suggesting he is an official or representative of GTMS Liberia Inc.

The notice warns Tenwah of potential civil and criminal liability if he continues to misrepresent himself. AFDASA Global Consultancy Inc. also sent copies of the notice to Aminata Bangura, Managing Director of GTMS Liberia Inc., and Cllr. Sayma Syrenius Cephus, the company's Global Lead Counsel. GTMS Liberia Inc. has assured its clients, shipping lines, and public authorities that its administrative structure remains intact and operational.

GTMS Liberia Inc. has accused GTMS-UK of using the impostors to cover its own administrative inadequacies and financial frauds. The company claims that GTMS-UK is under investigation by British authorities. GTMS Liberia Inc. has warned the public and its customers against dealing with Tenwah and Johnson in its name.

The company's Global Lead Counsel has been instructed to file civil and criminal complaints against Tenwah, Johnson, and their associates. The complaints will be for tortious interference, misrepresentation, and disruption to GTMS Liberia Inc.'s operations. The company remains committed to operating in compliance with Liberian laws.

GTMS Liberia Inc.'s Managing Director, Aminata Bangura, has not commented publicly on the matter. However, the company's statement and the notice served to Tenwah demonstrate its commitment to protecting its reputation and taking action against those who misrepresent the company.
