Glashütte Original has added two new timepieces to its Senator collection, Senator Aventurine Art Déco and Senator Aventurine Art Nouveau. These watches showcase the German manufacturer's artistic side, combining traditional watchmaking with Art Déco and Art Nouveau styles. The Senator Aventurine collection features 40mm diameter cases with 10.2mm thickness and 47.09mm length between lug tips.

The Senator Aventurine Art Nouveau is crafted in 18-carat red gold, while the Art Déco version is made from platinum. Both watches feature a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating and a transparent case back. The timepieces have 50-meter water resistance and come with alligator leather straps. The Art Nouveau version has a brown strap with a red gold buckle, while the Art Déco version features a dark blue strap with a platinum buckle.

The Senator Aventurine watches boast aventurine glass dials that add a new dimension to the Senator collection. The Art Nouveau version pairs red gold with a deep green aventurine glass, referencing the Art Nouveau movement's natural inspirations. The Art Déco version features a blue dial that complements the platinum case, evoking the geometric elegance of the 1920s and 1930s.

The Senator Aventurine watches feature the in-house Calibre 36-16 automatic movement, providing 100 hours of power reserve. This movement operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour and includes 27 jewels. The movement's silicon spiral offers magnetic resistance, contributing to oscillation stability. Each calibre 36-16 is assembled by a single watchmaker, emphasizing the importance of individual craftsmanship.

The Senator Aventurine Art Déco and Art Nouveau watches will be available from October 2026 in Glashütte Original's boutiques and select authorized distributors worldwide. The Senator Aventurine Art Nouveau is priced at $38,200, while the Senator Aventurine Art Déco costs $40,400. Official prices in euros for the French market have not been disclosed.
