An Accra High Court has granted the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) authority to arrest Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah, the Member of Parliament for Manhyia South. The MP asserted that a representative of his law firm appeared before EOCO investigators on March 4, March 18, and April 30, providing information requested by the Office.
The court order not only authorizes the arrest of MP Baffour Awuah but also allows EOCO to search for and seize documents considered relevant to the investigation.
