The JLL is promoting private visits to the Galardi residential project, located in Monte Estoril, Mozambique, until October 2nd. The project features four T3 apartments, including one duplex, with areas ranging from 171 to 174 square meters. The apartments are priced between €2.1 million and €2.6 million. The initiative, called "Private Perspectives: Art, Space and Contemporary Living at Galardi," aims to showcase the apartments in a unique way.
The Galardi project is situated on Avenida Nossa Senhora do Monte da Saúde and offers luxurious amenities, including private exterior spaces, concierge services, a Wellness Centre, and advanced technology and comfort solutions. The apartments, named Garden, Garden Duplex, Ocean, and Bay, boast high-quality finishes and stunning views of the sea and Serra de Sintra.
The private visits are part of an initiative that combines art and real estate, featuring around 15 contemporary art pieces curated by LAO in the Garden and Ocean apartments. This concept, known as art staging, uses art to enhance the presentation of the residential spaces. The remaining apartments will utilize home staging developed by the promoter.
According to Maria Empis, Co-Head of Residential at JLL Portugal, the initiative aims to add a new dimension to presenting the Galardi project by integrating art into the apartments. This allows visitors to experience the spaces through two distinct approaches. Empis highlights the unique features of the project, including its exclusivity and luxurious amenities.
Lynaldo Medeiros, from Pret Investimentos, praises the Galardi project as a rare example of exclusivity in Monte Estoril. With only four apartments, the project offers absolute privacy, spacious exterior areas, and breathtaking views. Medeiros emphasizes the exceptional amenities, including heated pools, a spa, gym, and concierge services, which create a unique environment enhanced by contemporary art.
