Additional documents required are the minutes of the last general assembly or the last congress, the nominative list of members who took part in the constitutive general assembly, and the nominative list of members of the management committee. Foreign nationals must provide a valid residence permit or employment authorization.
For the registration process to be complete, union organizations must also provide proof of affiliation according to their level of orientation. This includes, for unions, proof of affiliation to federations; for federations, proof of affiliation to confederations; and for confederations, a list of all constituent federations.
