The Senior Relationship & Portfolio Manager will report to the Chief Operations Officer and will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in relationship management, portfolio management, SME finance, banking, investments, or a related sector.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Relationship & Portfolio Manager include originating new business through referrals, networking, market engagement, and proactive prospecting. The role also involves understanding clients' financial needs and coordinating suitable lending, investment, or advisory solutions. The successful candidate will be required to prepare high-quality proposals, credit submissions, portfolio reports, and management updates. Additionally, they will monitor account performance, covenant compliance, arrears, concentration risk, and emerging warning signs.
The Senior Relationship & Portfolio Manager will lead portfolio reviews and implement timely remedial actions where required. They will ensure that all activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and customer due-diligence standards. The role also involves collaborating with credit, risk, operations, legal, and finance teams to deliver excellent client outcomes. Furthermore, the successful candidate will provide market insight and contribute to product development and commercial strategy.
FundIt Capital Solutions is looking for a candidate with strong financial analysis, credit assessment, negotiation, and commercial decision-making skills. The ideal candidate will have sound understanding of risk management, compliance, and relevant financial-services regulations.
