Former Undersecretary in South Sudan's Ministry of General Education and Instruction, Michael Lopuke Lotyam, has died in Nairobi after a prolonged illness. He was about 50 years old. In addition to his role in the education sector, Lotyam held a technical advisory role in the Ministry of Higher Education.
