The Construction sector received the largest share of registered secured credit within the period, amounting to GH¢9.9 billion, equivalent to 31.4% of total registered credit. The Commerce and Finance sector recorded a 25.9% increase, with credit values increasing from GH¢6.4 billion to GH¢8.1 billion over the review period.
Secured lending to the Services sector also expanded significantly, increasing by 154.8%. This suggests a growing demand for credit in the sector.
