Five young Mauritanians have arrived in Incheon, South Korea, to represent their country at the 2026 FIRST Global Challenge, an international robotics competition that brings together teams from over 190 countries. The competition, often referred to as the "Olympics of Robotics," will run from October 7-10. Each participating country is represented by a team of five students aged 14-18. The Mauritanian team is supported by HADINA RIMTIC, a technological incubator, in partnership with RIM Robotique.
