The Grupo Pluris has inaugurated a new Regus office centre at Famalicão Central Park in Vila Nova de Famalicão. The centre, which spans 2,000 square meters, offers flexible workspaces, meeting rooms, and offices, and can accommodate up to 400 workstations. This development is part of a 2.2 million euro investment in the park's transformation.

Famalicão Central Park has undergone significant redevelopment since Grupo Pluris acquired it in December 2013. The group has been working to recover and valorize the complex through its participation in RProperties. The goal is to turn the space into a business, residential, and services hub. The park's redevelopment includes modernizing buildings and attracting new operators.

Mário Ferreira, president of Grupo Pluris, highlighted the park's potential during the inauguration ceremony. He stated that the group believed it was possible to revive the space, recover its economic dynamism, and create new opportunities for Famalicão. The strategy for Famalicão Central Park goes beyond office spaces, with plans for senior residences, rental housing, and a childcare center.

Grupo Pluris is currently developing two residential structures for seniors with 120 beds in partnership with Kenor. The group also plans to create 80 new T1 apartments for rent. A childcare center with a nursery is planned for a building adjacent to the new Regus centre. The group aims to attract operators in commerce, logistics, and services to complement existing sports and leisure activities.

The management and dynamization of Famalicão Central Park are handled by Widerproperty. Mário Ferreira emphasized the group's commitment to investing in the park, attracting new partners, and developing new features. The goal is for the park to become a reference in the region and contribute to the economic and social development of Vila Nova de Famalicão.

The new Regus centre is part of a broader vision to create a multi-purpose complex that generates employment, wealth, and attracts young professionals and families. Ferreira highlighted that the park will offer a range of services and activities, allowing people to work, live, care, educate, and enjoy leisure activities in one place.

The development of Famalicão Central Park is expected to have a positive impact on the local economy and community. With its new Regus centre and future projects, the park is poised to become a major hub in the region, providing opportunities for growth and development.
