This will involve working closely with production staff and finishing setups. The role also requires strong leadership skills to manage machine operators, production staff, and prepress technicians, ensuring optimal shift coverage and performance.
Quality control is another critical aspect of this position, with the Assistant Production Supervisor responsible for enforcing strict quality management and finishing standards. This includes eliminating misprints, material waste, and work rejections.
