The conference, themed "Impossibility Is Nothing: Yes You Can," brought together entrepreneurs, professionals, and participants to discuss leadership, business development, wealth creation, personal development, and women's empowerment.
Enike-Matthew's address focused on challenging participants to reconsider their assumptions about what they can achieve despite limitations. He stated that impossibility is not a fact but an opinion and that individuals have the power to shape their futures. According to him, difficult economic circumstances and individual backgrounds should not determine people's expectations for their future. The conference featured notable participants, including former Deputy Inspector-General of Police Frank Mba and Jennifer Hembafan Alih, founder of the Jennifer Ubah Women and Children Initiative.

As part of the conference, two books authored by Enike-Matthew, "Beyond Survival" and "The Art of Dreaming Big," were launched. The Abuja gathering was the third edition of the Paradigm Shift Conference, which has previously been held in Lagos.
