Elevate Uranium Limited, an external company registered in Namibia, has granted over 5.4 million performance rights and options to eligible employees under its 2026 Incentives Award Plan. The company announced on 28 October that it had issued three categories of unlisted securities as part of its employee incentive programme. These include 1.03 million long-term incentive performance rights, 2.8 million LTI options, and 1.59 million short-term incentive performance rights.
The long-term performance rights granted to employees have no cost and no exercise price, but are subject to vesting conditions and expire on 26 October 2030. The short-term performance rights were also granted free of charge, carry no exercise price, and are subject to vesting conditions, expiring on 26 October 2028. Performance rights give employees the right to receive shares if specified conditions are met, while options give holders the right to acquire shares at a set price.
The grants are part of Elevate Uranium's incentive plan for eligible employees. The company's chief executive and managing director, Murray Hill, issued the announcement on behalf of the board. Elevate Uranium's shares trade on the Australian Securities Exchange under the code EL8 and on the Namibian Securities Exchange under the same code. IJG Securities is the company's NSX sponsor.
Anirep, a renewable energy company, has renewed its cautionary announcement, warning shareholders that ongoing negotiations could have a material effect on the company's share price if successfully concluded. In a notice issued on 27 October, Anirep stated that discussions were still in progress but did not disclose the parties involved, the subject of the negotiations, or when they might be concluded.
This is not the first cautionary announcement from Anirep, as the company has been issuing them since August 2021. The latest notice advises investors to continue exercising caution when dealing in its shares until a further announcement is made. Anirep is listed on the Namibian Securities Exchange under the share code ANE, with Cirrus Securities as its sponsor.
Oceana Group expects its annual headline earnings per share to increase by between 46% and 56%, driven by stronger fishmeal and fish oil sales in the United States, improved wild-caught seafood performance, and lower interest costs. Oceana's expected earnings growth comes as the group prepares to release its full-year financial results on or around 26 November. The company's shares are listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange under the code OCE and on the Namibian Securities Exchange under OCG. The financial information and forward-looking statements in the trading statement had not been reviewed or reported on by its auditors.
