Students from the Behira governorate have achieved notable success in two national competitions organized by the Egyptian Ministry of Education. The competitions, which focus on puppet theater and theatrical arts, drew participants from across the country. According to Youssef El-Dib, the deputy minister of education for Behira, the students' accomplishments reflect the governorate's rich talent pool and the efforts of local schools and activity organizers.
The students from Behira secured the second place in the puppet theater competition for primary school students, which included participants from kindergarten to elementary school. The winning team consisted of students from the Counselor Ahmed Ali Younes Official Languages School in the Kom Hamada educational administration. The students who won this prestigious award are Fawk Islam Abu El-At, Rital Walid Hassan, Lilian Mohamed Abu El-Kheir, Rohenda El-Sayed El-Kharat, Hor Jamal Zahran, Rahaf Mohamed Nasser, and Rooda Islam El-Kilj.
In addition to their success in the puppet theater competition, students from Behira also made a mark in the theatrical arts competition for secondary school students. They secured the fifth place nationwide, with two teams participating from different schools in the governorate. The first team, from Abu Homs Secondary Industrial Military School, consisted of students Shahd Hassan Ibrahim, Mahmoud Abdel-Latif Abdel-Bari, Mahmoud Ahmed Helmy, and Mumtaz Zidan Alwan. The second team, from Kom Hamada Industrial Military School, included students Hassan Taha Hussein, Youssef Mohamed Abdel-Wahab, Mohamed Taha Hussein, and Ahmed Mohamed Abdullah.
Deputy Minister of Education Youssef El-Dib expressed his pride in the students' achievements and extended his gratitude to the school administrators, teachers, and activity organizers who contributed to their success.
