The Egyptian Stock Exchange's listing committee has imposed financial commitments on 22 companies for violating listing, disclosure, and financial statement rules. The committee's decision was made during its session on September 22, 2026. The companies were found to have failed to comply with rules regarding listing, disclosure, and the timing of general assembly meetings and submission of financial statements.

The committee imposed a financial commitment of 20,000 Egyptian pounds on Al-Nasr for Manufacturing Agricultural Products for repeated failure to comply with articles 32 and 46 of the listing rules and articles 44 and 64 of the executive procedures. The company has 15 days to pay the fine from the date of notification. The committee also imposed a similar fine on the Arab Company for Asset Management and Development for failing to comply with article 30 of the listing rules.

The committee imposed a 20,000-pound fine on Al-Nasr for Manufacturing Agricultural Products for failing to hold a general assembly to approve the financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2026, within three months of the end of the financial year. Additionally, five companies were fined 10,000 pounds each for failing to submit quarterly consolidated financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2026.

The five companies fined 10,000 pounds each are Engineers for Insurance, Mina Pharm for Pharmaceuticals and Chemical Industries, South Valley for Cement, Maridive for Shipping and Petroleum Services, and Atlas for Investment and Food Industries. These companies have 15 days to submit the required financial statements. The committee also imposed a 20,000-pound fine on nine companies for failing to hold general assemblies to approve financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025.

The nine companies fined 20,000 pounds each are Digitize for Investment and Technology, GMC for Industrial and Commercial Financial Investments, BED - Al-Badr for Investment and Development, First for Real Estate Investment and Development, Premium Healthcare Group, Ramco for Tourism Village Development, Arab Real Estate Investment - Elico, Agua for Food Industries - Egypt, and Arab and Bolfar for Spinning and Weaving.

The committee also imposed a 20,000-pound fine on six companies for failing to prepare and submit quarterly standalone and consolidated financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2026. The six companies are Arab Food Industries - Domty, Orascom for Holding Investment, Speed Medical, Arab Developers Holding, Future Care for Medical Industries, and Egyptian Financial and Industrial Company.

All the companies fined have 15 days to pay the imposed amounts from the date of notification. The financial commitments are in accordance with the contracts for listing securities on the Egyptian Stock Exchange. The companies must comply with the listing rules and executive procedures to avoid further penalties.
