The meeting of leaders on "Partnership for Multilateral Action and Security and Peace" was attended by Kenyan President William Ruto, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, and European Council President Antonio Costa, among other heads of state and government and participating officials. Madbouly renewed Egypt's commitment to multilateralism and enhancing international cooperation, affirming Egypt's readiness to work with all partners.
