Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sissi has approved an annual plan proposed by the Council of Ministers to follow up on the recommendations of the 2026 Forum. The plan aims to ensure continuity of dialogue and exchange with citizens, addressing their concerns and needs. According to the President's official page, this initiative seeks to guarantee that citizens' voices are heard and their concerns are addressed directly.

President Al-Sissi has instructed the government to publish guidelines for implementing the Forum's recommendations on the Forum's website, along with a specific timeline and clear performance indicators. This will enable citizens and state institutions to track progress and assess performance. The President emphasized that citizens' concerns will remain a top priority, and the goal is to translate recommendations into tangible actions and results.

The President has also given instructions to expand training programs for young generations at the National Academy of Training and provide more opportunities for children and youth through the "Egyptian Youth" platform. Additionally, meetings will be organized with officials to allow young people to present their ideas and aspirations. This move aims to foster a sense of inclusivity and engagement among Egypt's youth.

In line with the aspirations expressed by young people during the closing session of the Forum, President Al-Sissi has announced plans to highlight exceptional Egyptian youth and talented individuals, particularly gifted students and young prodigies. Their achievements will be showcased in public spaces, aiming to promote a culture of innovation and excellence. This initiative complements the already-approved "State of Innovation" program, which seeks to promote scientific research and support young talent.

President Al-Sissi has also congratulated his daughter, Mayar Othman, on winning the 2026 Arabic Reading Challenge Award, wishing her continued success and excellence. Furthermore, he has instructed the establishment of a national, integrated system of digital services and communication based on artificial intelligence for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals. This system will include vocational training programs, tailored employment opportunities, and religious education services in sign language.

The President emphasized that the citizen will remain at the heart of the annual Forum, and the objective is to translate recommendations into concrete measures and tangible results that positively impact daily life. To achieve this, a durable and integrated national system will be put in place to ensure follow-up and implementation of the Forum's recommendations.

The President's measures aim to promote a culture of inclusivity, engagement, and innovation in Egypt. By implementing these initiatives, the government seeks to address the concerns and needs of its citizens, particularly the youth and people with disabilities.
