The Egyptian Ministry of Education and Technical Education has announced that today is the last chance for third-year preparatory students to register for the 2027 preparatory certificate exam. The exam is scheduled to take place in January next year, according to the current academic year's timeline. Students who fail to register will be barred from taking the exam.
The Ministry emphasized the importance of accurately filling out the registration form, which includes writing the student's name in both Arabic and English correctly, and signing the form in the designated places. The form also requires the student's and their guardian's signatures, particularly the mobile phone declaration.
The Ministry stressed that the registration form should not be printed until the data inside has been verified for accuracy, and the same photo submitted should be used. The registration link is available on the official Ministry of Education website, which is the platform for the general certificate.
To complete the registration process, several documents are required. These include a preparatory certificate form consisting of four pages, a copy of the birth certificate, a stamp supporting projects worth 10 pounds, a receipt for expenses and a copy of it, and a receipt for the exam fee of 158 pounds and a copy of it.
Additional required documents include a receipt for the registration fee for the electronic certificate of success, a copy of the guardian's ID card with their mobile phone number written on it, four recent passport-sized photos with a white background and suitable clothing, and the student's name written in four parts on the photo using a computer.
Other necessary documents are a copy of the educational guardianship if it is with the mother, and a plastic file with a capsule. The Ministry's directives aim to ensure a smooth registration process for students and to avoid any potential issues that may arise during the exam period.
The Ministry of Education has urged students and their guardians to carefully review the requirements and deadlines to avoid any last-minute complications. By setting a clear deadline and required documents, the Ministry aims to facilitate a well-organized and efficient registration process for the 2027 preparatory certificate exam.
